Our staff is what I’m most proud of. We’ve got three doctors including myself in the office and all are just excellent in their own ways. We have Dr. Brenner who’s been practicing in the office for over 40 years, and he got a fantasist reputation. He’s a wonderful dentist. The patients just fall in love with him. He’s got tons of experience as far as cosmetic dentistry goes, and really general dentistry as well. He’s a great part of our team. I want to emphasize that, at our office, it is a team there.
On any given day, if I happen to be at a continuing education course, or out of town for some reason, either Dr. Brenner, or Dr. Hernandez, are able to take up where I’ve left off with my patients. If, God forbid, a patient of mine comes in for an emergency, they’ll always feel comfortable knowing that there’s either Dr. Brenner or Dr. Hernandez there to see them and to treat them with respect, and consideration. It’s a great feeling knowing that we’ve got a great team there for us to back each other up.
Dr. Hernandez is just amazing. He’s been practicing for 27 years and ultimately, 7 years here in South Florida. He and I work quite often hand in hand. He typically provides the surgical element of the treatment and I do the restorative or cosmetic element of the treatment for most of our patients.
It’s great to have the ability to comprehensively treat these patients and work as a team and give each other feedback and make suggestions that will improve the outcome of whatever treatment it is that is being rendered to the patients. For the three of us to be there and work as a team and each of us bring our own expertise and knowledge, and experience to the table, it’s really a great thing.
Of course, our hygienists are fantastic, Terry and Diana, and we just hired a third now, Vanya. The three of them are just fantastic. I couldn’t be more pleased. They really are our best link to our patients, because our patients are typically going to see our hygienists more often than the dentists in a lot of cases. We were really fortunate to get some great hygienists that are comprehensive, are super thorough, are highly knowledgeable, just great caring people. I’m just thrilled with the providers that we have at our office as we think you will be too.
