While a Smile Makeover may not necessarily be a term unique to our office, what is unique is the way it is performed. We are concerned about the health of your teeth, as well as their outward appearance. When you schedule an appointment with our office, we will evaluate both the appearance of your teeth and their overall health.
If your issue is the health of your teeth or gums, or you have a serious grinding problem, severely chipped teeth or discoloration. We will treat any underlying health issues, comprehensively treating the mouth prior to beginning treatments for the appearance of your teeth.
We analyze the bite, the occlusion (spacing and gapping), a residual infection in a tooth that had a root canal, years back. The Smile Makeover really involves treating the patient comprehensively. To rebuild whatever needs to be rebuilt, as far as the bite goes, getting the patient comfortable, no pain, no pathology, no infections within the gums, or within the teeth, then treating the entire mouth.
Top to Bottom Reconstruction
The Smile Makeover is basically full mouth reconstruction, top and bottom. If that means crowns, bridges, veneers, implants, etc. Whatever it requires to make over the smile, that’s what we do. Most offices do not have specialists in all of these areas. Luckily, we’re fortunate enough to have the doctors that work in our office who are able to perform the full gamut of services. Root canals, extractions, facing implants, sinus lifts, bone grafting, periodontitis, crown lengthening procedures, all of these can be provided in our office.
